Q.   Why do I have to fill out the student questionnaire?
A.   Filling out the detailed questionnaire, helps me create a complete ‘picture’ of your qualifications and experience to make a professional first impression for a potential employer.

The questionnaire tells me all the 'great things' about you. It gives me a glimpse into your personality and values which I use to distinguish your resume from the other generic resumes.

 

Q.   How long will my resume take?
A.   The turn around time is dependent on the complexity of your order.  Sometimes I need to email the student with additional questions to clarify or obtain specific deatails.  On average a one-page, simply designed resume takes 48 to 72 hours with more involved orders taking 5 to 10 business days.

 

Q.   How and in what format do I receive my documents?
A. You will receive your resume by email and in three formats: Word, Plain Text and PDF.

 

Q.   What happens when I get the newly completed resume, review it and there is some information or data that needs changing?
A.   When you receive your documents look them over for any additions or changes. Email within a week and I will gladly make the revisions for you.
